For this week’s featured project, we’re in Oneida, NY, where our team at New York Sash helped our new customers upgrade their enclosed front porch with brand-new, energy-efficient vinyl windows. Our customers selected a mix of 2-lite slider windows and picture windows—a smart pairing that balances style with function. We installed five 2-lite sliders for smooth ventilation and ease of use, and two fixed picture windows to create a wide, uninterrupted view of the outdoors. All windows were built with double-pane argon gas-filled glass, helping reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency year-round.
To ensure a perfect fit and clean look, our team wrapped the exterior in white PVC coil trim, blending seamlessly with the porch’s architectural style. These vinyl windows are part of our economy series, offering lasting performance, low maintenance, and exceptional durability for the Mohawk Valley’s changing seasons.
In addition to the windows, we also installed a new entry door to match the home’s fresh look. As with all of our entry door installations, this door offers enhanced security, improved insulation, and customizable style. Combined with the new windows, it brings the front of the home together into a unified, welcoming space.
